The Logan City School District recognizes a Teacher of the Year, Classified Employee of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year for each school (nominate two for MLMS and LHS due to size).  These are awarded at the board meetings specified below.  Nomination forms are available to everyone that would like to make a nomination for any building including parents, students, and employees.  Nomination forms should be made available a month before the due date to the office.  Once complete, turn the forms into your schools office by the due date.  Nominations for the District Administrator of the year will be sent out in April and need to be turned in by May 4th to Stacey Hunter at the District Office and will be announced at the May 18th Board Meeting along with the District Teacher and Classified Employee of the Year.  Nomination forms are reviewed and chosen by each schools Community Council.  The Employee of the Year Committee comprised of teachers, classified employees, administrators, directors, PTA president, and a board member will review the forms from the school winners and select the District Teacher and Classified Employee of the Year, and will review the forms and select the Administrator of the Year.

Each schools community council will need to meet to select the winners some time in between when the forms are due to the office and when the winner’s names are due to Stacey.
