| Kindergarten is for children who will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2010, and currently reside within the Logan City School District boundaries. The Logan City School District elementary schools include: Adams, Bridger, Ellis, Hillcrest, Wilson, and Woodruff. |

| Registration Process: (Please bring the following:) |

An official birth certificate. If you do not have an official birth certificate, please contact the Bear River Health Department at 792-6492 for assistance in locating one. |

Your kindergarten age child, so he/she can complete a kindergarten screening. |

Proof of immunizations. Your child's immunizations must be completed and up-to-date. |
