NEW EMPLOYEE HIRING INFORMATION FOR LICENSED EMPLOYEES

In order to finalize the hiring process, we will need a number of required documents completed. Please be advised, employment may not begin and no paycheck will be issued until all paperwork has been completed and returned to the Department of Human Resource.
Please print, complete, and bring all required documents to the Department of Human Resource. Click on the link below to print documents online or you may visit our office to obtain a complete LICENSED New Employee Packet.
When you return these documents for processing, Licensed Employees will meet with Maria Smuin. Please plan on 20 minutes to begin the hiring paperwork process.
