Applications are now being accepted for Computer Science Teacher for the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program at Logan High School in the Logan City School District for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year. Applicants must hold a valid Utah Secondary Teaching License with proper endorsement. Qualified applicants should provide evidence of ability with programming languages, such as: Python, C, C+, Java, HTML, Ruby, and Robot C. Qualified applicants should also provide evidence of networking and desktop understanding, such as an A+ certification. An endorsement in computer science teaching is desired. Applicants who have recently participated in state CTE or Computer Science trainings should also list course titles and provide evidence of completion dates of these courses with UEN or state CTE. The Computer Science teaching position at Logan High School is part of the ongoing efforts of the school district to provide coursework in high paying, high demand skill areas.
