New Coach/Advisor of Extracurricular Activities

Welcome to the Logan City School District! We are excited to have you as a member of our educational team, and we look forward to working with you. We are confident you will find Logan District a great place to work!

Now that you have accepted your new position, please contact our Department of Human Resources to schedule a new employee appointment. During your appointment, one of our Human Resource Specialists will assist you in processing your New Hire Employment Documents. Prior to your appointment, please complete the documents and the additional requirement listed in the righthand column, and then bring them with you to your appointment; appointments usually take approximately twenty minutes. Please be aware that employment may not begin until all documents have been received and processed by Human Resources.

After completing this review, please submit to Human Resources the accompanying Verification

of Completion form.
