Reservation Policy
If there is already something scheduled on the calendar below during the time of your reservation, please be advised that your reservation will be automatically canceled. We strive to ensure that our resources are utilized efficiently and that all our clients have a seamless experience.
To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to double-check the calendar before making a reservation. Fees and Guidelines
Rental Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the rental. This becomes a down payment toward the total cost of the rental if the renter actually uses the facility. If the reservation is cancelled, the 50% is retained by the school district.
