PreK and Kinder Registration
PreK - Kindergarten & Grade 1-5 Registration
PK application and K registration
The dates and times are scheduled as follows:
Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 11:00-7:00
Friday, April 10, 2026 from 11:00-7:00
Monday April 13, 2026 from 11:00-7:00 and
Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 9:00-4:00
This event will be hosted at the district office. Generally, both PK application and K registration will be by appointment only.
PreK Application
For PK applications, the parent should bring the preschool aged child in for a brief academic assessment. The following documents will also be needed:
- Child's original state or country issued birth certificate
- Child's record of immunizations received
- 2 proofs of residency which are most commonly- the most recent lease or rental agreement or the most recent mortgage statement AND the most recent Logan City Utility Bill or Enbridge (Dominion) Utility Bill
- The parent/guardian's state issued driver's license or photo ID
Kindergarten & Grade 1-5 Registration
For kindergarten registration, the parent does NOT need to bring the kindergarten aged child to the appointment. The following documents will also be needed:
- Child's original state or country issued birth certificate
- Child's record of immunizations received
- 2 proofs of residency which are most commonly- the most recent lease or rental agreement or the most recent mortgage statement AND the most recent Logan City Utility Bill or Enbridge (Dominion) Utility Bill
- The parent/guardian's state issued driver's license or photo ID
If the parent does not have any of the documents requested, they should still schedule and come to an appointment. We can usually work with them to figure out document issues.
