Make Outdoor Learning Center Reservations

Reservation Policy

If there is already something scheduled on the  calendar below during the time of your reservation, please be advised that your reservation will be automatically canceled. We strive to ensure that our resources are utilized efficiently and that all our clients have a seamless experience.

To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to double-check the calendar before making a reservation. If you have any questions or need assistance in finding an alternative time, please do not hesitate to call or email Katie Hatch or Breanna Gunther – 435-755-2300 at the Logan City School Disrict office. 

Fees and Guidelines

Rental Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the rental. This becomes a down payment toward the total cost of the rental if the renter actually uses the facility. If the reservation is cancelled, the 50% is retained by the school district.

Cleaning fee: $250

Facility Cost
Entire Facility $1500 per day(24hr. period)
Mess Hall $1000 per day(24hr. period)
Administration Building $250 per night (24hr. period)
Bunkhouse $400 per night (24hr. period)
Pavilion & Outside Restrooms $650 (currently not available) 
Outside only with restrooms (no pavillion or building access) $400

 

Extra Rental Information

  • Use of the Mess Hall includes the use of the tables and chairs in the building, but tables and chairs must be kept indoors. They are not for outdoor use.
  • Food preparation is not available on-site. Outside food must be prepared off-site or catered.
